Ameritech sent Echo 3 a RFP for redesigning a series of CBT programs used to train their customer service representatives. We included graphics as part of the proposal to better illustrate our ideas.

The original program was run from the hard drive and CD and displayed on 21 inch monitors at 1024 x 768 resolution. It was programmed in Authorware. I went through four of the modules to understand the structure and content of the program and then redesigned the screen real estate for a more practical and user-friendly approach. The top screen was my solution to some of the design flaws in the program.

The bottom screen is another prototype designed for a client who wanted to demonstrate the basic elements needed in a computer based training program. I designed the screens and animations that accompanied the responses to the questions and assembled the elements in Flash.
