Prototype: Minoans - Lost Civilization
CD-ROM and Museum Application
Summer, 1997

These screens are the result of a personal project I worked on while employed by Echo 3 New Media. They are mock-ups of an educational CD-ROM about the ancient Minoan civilization. These screens helped Echo 3 to win two projects for the Field Museum of Chicago.

The "Fixed Base" screen serves as the main menu for a CD_ROM application. The murals are authentic and were re-created using Adobe Illustrator.

The "Vocanoes" screen was created using Bryce 3D software and Photoshop.

The "Then and Now" screen model of the archeological dig of a Minoan city was created with 3D Studio Max.
